"Felt like nobody was really there"
My complaint did get fixed in the end, but it took way too long. I kept waiting for a proper response, and the whole thing felt impersonal, like there wasn’t an actual person paying attention until much later...

"Easy ordering, just a little slow"
Ordering on Jollibee Foods was easy, and my payment went through without any real hassle. I got the confirmation almost right away too, which was nice. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the page loaded a bit slowly right before checkout... not a huge deal, but still noticeable.

Had a problem with my order, so I asked for a refund on jollibeefoods.com. Thought it would take forever. It didn’t. Support replied fast, no long back and forth. Got my money back in a few days. Smooth.

"Felt like I was just waiting around forever"
I ordered ahead for pickup thinking it would be quick, but I still ended up waiting almost 25 minutes after I got there. The staff was nice enough, but the whole thing felt impersonal, like I was just a ticket number sitting in the queue. By the time I got my food, the fries were cold, and my drink was missing too. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

"Food stayed hot and tasty"
The food was still hot when I picked it up and somehow stayed warm all the way home. The fries were still good too, not soggy like they can get sometimes. There was just something about it that made the whole meal hit the spot. Happy with it overall.

"Pretty smooth order"
Ordered from jollibeefoods the other day. no issues. The food showed up fresh, still warm, and tasted exactly how I was hoping it would. Site was simple enough to get through. Checkout too, no weird problems or anything. Delivery even came a little earlier than expected, which was nice. Overall, really happy with it. I’d order again.

"Pretty sure I’d order again"
I ordered from jollibeefoods.com the food was really tasty. Maybe I was just extra hungry, but the chicken seemed super crispy and had a lot more flavor than I expected. Definitely not bland like some other places I’ve tried. The gravy was good too, especially with the rice. The spaghetti is still probably my favorite, even though I sometimes wonder if I only like it because it’s sweet in that nostalgic way. Everything tasted fresh when it arrived, so yeah, I’d order again when I’m craving comfort food.

The drive-thru was actually really quick, which I appreciated, though somehow it still felt a little rushed. The staff were nice enough, and the chicken was still hot by the time I got home, which is always a win. It wasn’t exactly mind-blowing, but I’d probably go back.

The promos seem good at first, but then you realize a bunch of items are magically not included. I tried using codes twice and both failed, so that was the little annoyance goblin of the day. kind of frustrating.

I’ve ordered from jollibeefoods.com a few times now, the food has been consistent each time. The chicken still comes crispy, the rice is decent, and nothing really feels off from one order to the next. I kind of kept expecting something to slip eventually, but so far they’ve actually kept it steady.

"Not as crispy as I hoped"
I just ordered from Jollibee Foods recently, so this is still fresh in my mind. The chicken tasted okay overall, but it arrived kind of soft instead of crispy like I was expecting. Some parts of the skin were actually a bit soggy, which was a letdown. For the price, I expected better.
